posted Nov 4, 2012, 6:47 PM by EarlyAmerican MotorcycleClub   [ updated Jan 28, 2013, 11:14 PM ]

Organised for the 18th of November is the Indian Pow-Wow on the green at Rockingham.

All Indian owers are encouraged to come along and show off your Indian's. Even partially restored bikes are welcome.
Bikes will be on display from 9am to 12 noon on the Rockingham Oval behind the visitors centre.

Would recomend that you trailer down, so that we can have as many Indians as possible for the event.
There will be plenty of parking nearby for trailering down bikes.

After the display finishes we can go for run up and down the Rockingham foreshore and stop for lunch.

All members are encouraged to attend with any vintage bikes they own.
They will not be able to be displayed with Indians, but I am sure they will be welcomed nearby somewhere.

Not a designated Club run as such but quite a few members will either be staying overnight at Waroona Dam
or trailering their bikes down on Saturday morning for the display. This is an inaugural event put on by the Yarloop Hotel.

There will be a Vintage swap meet on the Saturday and a Show 'n Shine for bikes.

The steam should be blowing at the old railway yards.

Let's support this as a club.

Check out the info....

Hope to see you all down at the Yarloop Hotel

Classic Car Show

The largest display of collectible vehicles can be seen at the Classic Car Show which caters for a wide range of motoring enthusiasts in Western Australia.
Each year the show attracts around 1 000 cars and over 20 000 spectators to Whiteman Park and is proudly sponsored by Auto One.

Numerous other attractions include live music, craft stalls, motor traders plying their trades and other interesting events.

For 2012 the show will be held on Sunday March 20 and the public are invited to view the show between 10am and 3.30pm at no cost.  Entry to Whiteman Park is also free.
Come out and spend the day at Whiteman Park enjoying the Classic Car Show and all the other activities on offer in the park.

Plenty of Interest in the Bikes

All members are urged to attend. Club will provide the shelter, bring a chair.

You need to be there by 8.30am and stay until about 3.30pm.

Meet a committee member who will be inside the Dulwich Street entrance to collect your entry ticket.

This event is a major opportunity to display what our club can offer by the way of bike restoration and fellowship.

We always get an enthusiastic crowd whenever the Scout or Prince is fired up.

We may get even more if the Indian Hill Climber is sparked up.

Several members will be camping over at our site on the Saturday night. Bring your own supplies and tent/swag.

Please advise a committee member if you wish to camp over.

Regards

Glen
