Classic Car Show The largest display of collectible
vehicles can be seen at the Classic Car Show which caters for a wide
range of motoring enthusiasts in Western Australia. Each year the show
attracts around 1 000 cars and over 20 000 spectators to Whiteman Park
and is proudly sponsored by Auto One. Numerous other attractions include live music, craft stalls, motor traders plying their trades and other interesting events. For
2012 the show will be held on Sunday March 20 and the public are
invited to view the show between 10am and 3.30pm at no cost. Entry to
Whiteman Park is also free. Come out and spend the day at Whiteman
Park enjoying the Classic Car Show and all the other activities on
offer in the park. Plenty of Interest in the Bikes
All members are
urged to attend. Club will provide the shelter, bring a chair.
You need to be there by 8.30am and stay until about 3.30pm.
Meet a committee member who will
be inside the Dulwich Street entrance to collect your entry ticket.
This event is
a major opportunity to display what our club can offer by the way of bike
restoration and fellowship.
We always get an enthusiastic crowd whenever the
Scout or Prince is fired up.
We may get even more if the Indian Hill Climber is
sparked up.
Several members will be camping over at our site on the Saturday
night. Bring your own supplies and tent/swag.
Please advise a committee member
if you wish to camp over. Regards
